Shannon O’Reilly


Shannon O’Reilly is an associate concentrating her practice in complex litigation, business disputes, and other high-stakes cases.

Shannon graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, she clerked at CSX headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, worked at the EEOC in the Litigation Unit, and completed an externship at NCR, Corp. in Duluth, Georgia in the employment & labor department. She has also assisted small businesses, start-up companies, and entrepreneurs with a variety of corporate transactional matters as a member of the Business Law Clinic at UGA Law.

Shannon is licensed in all Georgia state trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, Northern District of Georgia and Georgia Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. Shannon completed the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia Leadership Academy: Class of 2019, and she has served the State Bar of Georgia, Young Lawyers Division: Representative Council, Southern District.

Originally from Loganville, Georgia, Shannon graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Journalism. Shannon lives in Savannah with her husband, Sean.
